Athletics and Activities
Signing up your student to participate in middle or high school athletics involves:
1) Filling out three forms (click the link below or click the button on the left)
2) Obtaining a pre-participation sports physical exam from a doctor
3) Paying a $100 activity fee to the middle/high school office.
