A little about me: I am a mother of two awesome children, Gage and Mia . My husband's name is Brandon Kidwell, he is an electrician and we have been married for 16 years. We live out in the country with many animals.
Where I went to college: I went to Western Montana college for 2 years and then finished my degree at Montana State in Bozeman. I graduated with a BS in Elementary education and a special competency in early childhood.
Where I went to high school: I went 3 years of high school here in Whitehall, but ended up graduating from Harrison, Montana.
My hobbies/interests: Camping, riding horses and fishing.
What made me want to be a teacher: The person who made me want to be a teacher was Lora Griffin. I was a high school aid in her classroom here in Whitehall and realized I was pretty good with helping children learn so here I am 17 years later and loving my job.
My favorite thing about being a teacher: Watching their eyes light up when they reach a goal.
What I love about teaching in Whitehall: I love the kids and the people I work with every day. I love going to work.
I’d like you to know this about me: I love working with your child. Once they are in my classroom they stay in my heart. I have every single class picture up on my school classroom wall. I may run out of wall space before I retire.
My favorite things: Dr. Seuss and coffee
